How to Book Your MDA Villa?
- To book your MDA Villa, simply download the booking application form from the official MDA website or collect one from authorized banks.
- Fill out the form with all the required information and prepare a pay order for your selected villa size.
- Submit the completed form along with the pay order to the authorized bank branch. Please note: Cash or cheque payments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Computerized Balloting Process
If the number of applications for MDA Villas exceeds the available units, a computerized balloting will be conducted to ensure fair allocation.
Successful applicants (lucky draw winners) will be required to pay the remaining amount to secure their villas.
Unsuccessful applicants will receive a refund from the authorized banks, excluding the non-refundable processing fee.
